We wanted to shed some light on what is happening with the Muslims in Uighur, China, and the BLM movement. These groups have continuously been targets of discrimination, oppression, and violence. Although people may know some background on these issues, many still don't really understand how serious it is. It's important that we not only try our best to do our part and share our support for these groups from afar but also around us. Many of us may not be victims of police brutality or concentration camps but we each have a story. Our identity and our experience are just as important. We want you guys to not only understand and acknowledge people of different perspectives and backgrounds but also try your best to educate yourself and do what you can. - Justine Sarkodie & Aiza Akhtar
